CONVENE 2020 is less than a month away! The 8th edition of the Baltic’s leading mice fair for the meetings and events industry is pleased to welcome you to Vilnius on February 12 and 13.
CONVENE is a B2B trade fair for meetings and events for the countries of the Baltic Sea Region. The annual two-day “boutique meeting” showcases regional opportunities, accelerating interest and increasing demand for meetings, conferences and incentives in the region. CONVENE also serves as an exciting platform for valuable networking and learning opportunities.
Launched in 2013 by the Vilnius Convention Bureau, the event offers a full Hosted Buyer program inviting 165+ qualified buyers to CONVENE from across Europe and around the world. Up to 90 regional exhibitors will participate in the exhibition to present their meeting products and services to buyers. These include convention agencies, hotels, conference centers, specialty venues, DMCs, PCOs, and specialty vendors. The fair is supported by a series of high-quality business networking events and a large professional academy. CONVENE is also organizing a number of FAM tours in Lithuania and other regional destinations in search of international buyers to attend the event.
With a strong focus on education and knowledge, CONVENE aims to provide both buyer and supplier communities with the tools needed to facilitate more effective and valuable meetings and events.
