Meetingselect, the Dutch group of IT companies in the Meetings Tech industry, today announced the completion of the acquisition of Germany-based MICE Access, provider of meeting distribution technology.
MICE Access is an interface technology specifically aimed at travel agents, meeting and event agencies as well as suppliers of meeting and event technology. Through the Meetings API or White label technology, any company can design their own meeting booking web portal. At the same time, they can increase the reach and distribution for hotels and venues. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, MICE Access has had difficulty continuing business operations. To ensure business continuity, Meetingselect assumed control of the operation, staff and assets effective August 1, 2020.
