The IRF is pleased to announce its inaugural Accelerate class, including a representative from Hotel Okura Amsterdam. Ten up-and-coming incentives professionals have been selected to participate in the IRF’s year-long program. The Accelerate Class of 2024 will benefit from mentorship, committee work, contributing to IRF research, and attending the 2024 IRF Invitational.
Composed of program owners, third party planners, and suppliers, the Accelerate Class of 2024 represents a broad cross section of the incentives, recognition, and rewards industry. The Accelerate Class of 2024 includes:

The Incentive Research Foundation (TheIRF.org) funds and promotes research to advance the science and enhance the awareness and appropriate application of motivation and incentives in business and industry globally.
