CLC-VECTA, Center for Live Communication, has appointed Arjen Lemstra as president of the association. The co-founder and owner of BrancheContact was officially appointed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members.
Lemstra has been active in the Live Communications industry for over twenty years. In 2009, together with his partner Joris Bots, he founded BrancheContact. With BrancheContact, Arjen and Joris organize, among other things, EvenementContact and various network meetings under the name Creating Opportunities Together. In addition, Arjen has been the owner of event agency Levensgenieters for eighteen years, where he was responsible for the organization of incentives and corporate and public events.
CLC-VECTA is the trade association for organizations professionally involved in organizing, accommodating and facilitating trade shows, congresses & meetings and events.
The executive board of the association is formed by Arjen Lemstra of BrancheContact, chairman, Maarten van der Vaart of Tausch 3D brand sensations, treasurer, and Jos van den Broek of Fijnevent, secretary. Together with Jean-Pierre Brouwers of JMT International, Platform Spokesperson for Exhibitions, and Michiel Lindenbergh of Beurs van Berlage, Platform Spokesperson for Congresses & Meetings, they currently form the general board of the association.
