The Bellevue Hotel in Dresden will become part of Bilderberg as of January 1. With this, Bilderberg is taking its first steps into the German hotel market. This too will be a hotel with a clear mice function.
Currently, Bilderberg consists of 12 hotels in the Netherlands. Well-known hotels within the group include the Bilderberg Parkhotel in Rotterdam, Hotel De Bilderberg in Oosterbeek and Bilderberg Kasteel Vaalsbroek in Vaals.

Mice
The Bellevue Hotel Dresden – like most Bilderberg hotels – is a mix of a ‘leisure’ and a meeting & event hotel. The hotel has 340 rooms and 20 meeting rooms with space for up to 850 people. Thanks to its 20,000 m2 park garden overlooking the historic center of Dresden, the hotel is strong in hosting large events, conferences and weddings.

The choice of the Bellevue Hotel as a Bilderberg asset is not entirely coincidental. Since 2017, Bilderberg has been part of EVENT Hotels, a hotel management company originally from Germany. EVENT Hotels manages 85 hotels in Europe, including the Bellevue Hotel.
In 2018, EVENT Hotels opened an office in Amsterdam from where the hotels are supported by teams specialized in revenue management, marketing, sales, HR, finance and IT, among others. From the Amsterdam office, four hotel portfolios with a total of 35 hotels are managed under 7 hotel brands.
