Conference hotel Villa Heidebad and restaurant Fizzy join forces

Two young entrepreneurial couples from Epe with thriving catering businesses join forces in this fierce corona time. Conference hotel Villa Heidebad and restaurant Fizzy join forces to give guests a once-in-a-lifetime unique experience. On Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November, the talented chef Marijn from Fizzy will be the guest chef at Villa Heidebad for a weekend. Guests have a choice of two different packages for a culinary staycation in Epe. Get a breath of fresh air in the woods, sleep carefree in the luxurious forest rooms of Villa Heidebad and enjoy dazzling and delicious culinary creations by Fizzy.

Villa Heidebad X Fizzy; unique supportyourlocals concept

Hostess Yasmina and chef Marijn of restaurant Fizzy have to close their doors for the second time, which is a bitter pill. For owners Bjarne and Rosemarijn of the conference hotel Villa Heidebad, it’s quite a switch now that the rules have been tightened. Just when both enterprising couples are facing the necessary challenges again, the Epenaren seek each other out. Bjarne and Rosemarijn: “All four of us are ambitious and young and we want to make something of our business. By necessity, we cannot offer our guests what we would like to. But with a good dose of creativity and a bit of guts, we came up with this unique concept together. You have to help each other a little in these times. Although the rules are very strict and the possibilities limited, we are still allowed to stay open as a conference hotel. Now that Fizzy can’t, we help each other and invite the Fizzy brigade to our restaurant for a weekend. And that will be something, because the Michelin inspectors are full of praise for this couple. They know better than anyone how to combine beauty and taste on a plate. Fresh, exciting, coronaproof and #supportyourlocals, this concept has it all.”
