On June 1, Atout France will host a virtual Networking Meeting “France Excellence”, where you will meet French partners one-on-one who offer accommodations or products/activities of high quality, uniqueness or sustainability. Who can you meet, among others?
Representatives of regions, departments, cities, accommodations, ludic visits from all over France. 10:15-11:00: Online plenary session with moderator Tijn Kramer (TRAVelMedia Group) talking with Atout France about current issues in France and our Pan European campaign, then introduction of the French partners through highlights
11:10-17:10: Networking meeting with online one-on-one appointments 17:15-17:45: Start of online cocktail workshop Calvados Père Magloire, as a joint celebratory finale
This broad format gives you the opportunity to schedule appointments with the partners of your choice at a time that is convenient for you. After all, you manage your own schedule and indicate when you are and when you are not available for e.g. (lunch) breaks and other commitments. The online platform we work with is perceived as user-friendly, efficient and technically sound.

Cocktail Workshop Calvados Père Magliore
By way of a cozy drink afterwards, we would like to festively close this virtual meeting together with a short online cocktail workshop organized and offered by Calvados Père Magloire. Start is at 5:15 pm and it will take half an hour, supplies will be sent by mail. Both the French partners and the Dutch participants are invited, so the explanation will be in English (but the person giving the workshop also speaks Dutch).

Click on ‘calendar’ to indicate times when you are unavailable (for example, for a lunch break). Also, in ‘Agenda’ behind the opening session, you can click ‘attend’ to add it to your agenda.
Schedule appointments
The calendars are open and you can start scheduling your appointments. That’s also when you can see the profiles of the French partners. You can choose a partner you want to meet with and the partners can approach you as well. You can accept or decline these appointments, so please don’t forget to respond to them.
Note: we have noticed that automatic informative messages sent from the platform may end up in the spam box, it is recommended to keep an eye on it.
