The health crisis has changed the expectations of long-stay guests and for this reason Louvre Hotels Group is launching a new brand: Tulip Residences. A modern combination of living together, working together and well-being. The first two hotels under the Tulip Residences name will soon open their doors in Joinville-le-Pont in France and Warsaw in Poland. Next, Louvre Hotels Group will open about 30 such hotels in the next few years, mainly in city centers.
Designed in collaboration with Tremend Design and designer Magdalena Federowicz Boule, the spaces at Tulip Residences are aimed at providing a relaxing urban stay. The studios or two-bedroom apartments are spacious and specially equipped for a longer business stay, but are also suitable for leisure guests such as families. Furnished rooms include a kitchenette, quality beds, high-speed internet and a large HD TV. Each hotel has rooms where guests can work and a Tulip Café, which serves a variety of light meals and snacks. Also, each hotel has a yoga and fitness room including a Vital Dome©, an innovative device that offers infrared therapy for optimal relaxation.
This month Louvre Hotels Group will open its first 3-star residential hotel with nearly 100 rooms in Joinville-le-Pont (France). This hotel acts as a kind of “laboratory” where Louvre Hotels Group will test its latest innovations. Next, the hotel chain will open its first franchise hotel in the heart of Warsaw, Poland. Louvre Hotels Group plans to open some 30 Tulip Residences across Europe over the next 5 years, primarily in city centers and near major transportation hubs. At the request of its shareholder Jin Jiang, Louvre Hotels Group will eventually roll out this concept in China as well. The first hotel will open at the end of this year, and there will be 25 more in the coming years.
