Postillion opens new hotel in WTC Rotterdam

Postillion Hotels has opened a new hotel in the World Trade Centre (WTC) Rotterdam. The Dutch hotel and convention chain already opened a Convention Centre in the Rotterdam national monument in 2015 and is now adding hotel accommodation.

The former office spaces have been converted into 168 hotel rooms, with a nod to the Rotterdam skyline, among other things, in the interior. Earlier this month, Postillion also opened a Meeting Centre at The Globe, The Hague. The hotel chain consciously chooses to continue investing in these challenging times and thus aims to strengthen its position in the international conference market.

Present in world cities

Erik-Jan Ginjaar, general manager Postillion Hotels: “With the opening of a hotel at our Rotterdam location, we are further shaping our ambition to attract and optimally serve international conference guests. By being present at prominent locations in Dutch world cities, we offer our guests from home and abroad a complete Meet-Work-Stay experience. Rotterdam is one of the fastest growing markets for business tourism in the Netherlands and therefore a logical expansion for us.
