From December 1, 2021, the Netherlands will be on the “red country list” and entry measures for Qatar will be tightened.
As of December 1, 2021, fully vaccinated travelers ages 12 and older must also spend 2 days in hotel quarantine. This also applies to children up to and including 11 years of age traveling with (a) fully vaccinated parent(s). The cost of the quarantine hotel is at your own expense. Travelers must also be able to show a negative PCR test no older than 72 hours prior to arrival in Qatar before departure. Travelers must upload flight details, vaccination status and PCR test at least 12 hours before departure to Qatar through the Qatar government website (information in English). You need this confirmation to enter Qatar. You must also print out your vaccination or test certificate and bring it with you on paper. Keep these with you throughout the trip. Upon arrival in Qatar, you must be able to show the Ehteraz (corona) app. You can download this app on the cell phone before departure and activate it after arrival in Qatar using the visa number. Not or incompletely vaccinated
Have you not been vaccinated or incompletely vaccinated? Then you have to quarantine for 7 days. This can be home quarantine if you are staying with first-degree relatives. This also applies to children under the age of 18. Are you staying in a hotel? Then you have to spend 7 days in hotel quarantine. You must have a hotel reservation for the duration of your stay. If you are not vaccinated or incompletely vaccinated, you must make this reservation through the website
