TUI and Ajax extend cooperation

Ajax and TUI Nederland have broken open the existing agreement, upgraded it and extended it for five years. Under the new terms, TUI will remain associated with Ajax as an Official Travel Partner until at least 2024.

In the coming years TUI will continue to provide travel for the team, the management, sponsors and business members to European away games and training camps. In addition to organizing group trips to European matches, TUI will start offering Camps & Clinics at various TUI Resorts in cooperation with Ajax starting in the summer of 2019. In this way, fans can learn about Ajax’s training approach in several places around the world.

Both parties completed the formal signing of the cooperation yesterday, at TUI’s renovated headquarters, and toasted to the future. Menno Geelen, commercial director AFC Ajax: “TUI is the market leader in the Dutch travel industry and thanks to the expansion and extension of the partnership it will be linked to our club for even longer. In cooperation with TUI we want to introduce our training approach to fans all over the world. This partnership offers the perfect opportunity to offer our Camps & Clinics all over the world through the TUI Resorts. We stand for long-term collaborations and this partnership is a good example of that. Moreover, thanks to this agreement we can continue to grow.’
