Radisson Collection to debut in Paris

Radisson Hotel Group has announced plans for the first property under its Radisson Collection brand in the French capital.

The 57-room hotel will form part of the mixed use BPM (Beats Per Minute) development on Rue de Rivoli, close to the Louvre and the Pompidou Centre.

An existing heritage-protected Haussman building is being redeveloped to house 3,000 sqm of retail space on the ground floor, with office space on the second to fourth floors, and the Radisson Collection hotel from the fifth to the eighth floors.

The property will feature “a spectacular green rooftop” which will be open to the public, with facilities including a seventh floor restaurant and rooftop bar.

The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2027, and will join recent Radisson Collection openings in Europe including Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica, and Radisson Collection Hotel, Santa Sofia Milan.

The group’s Radisson Collection Hotel Berlin – which has been closed since December 2022 when the huge aquarium in its lobby burst – is set to reopen at the end of the year, and will feature a new centrepiece ‘Living Tree’.
